Necrroooo bump! Nice looking map man. I reckon with a bit of polishing this could be a lot of fun to play. The dark theme would be perfect for Outbreak and with a little rearranging you could widen the roads and make this a great vehicle map too.

Bumping again. I played a round on this map a few days ago and honestly, it should be official. It's polished, balanced, and plays well. And car's aren't great on it but aren't terrible either. I'm sure adding outbreak would be relatively easy, and if that's what it needs to be official there's members of the community (like myself) who would be happy to do so in order to see a map this good be official.

Well the bar for official has been raised quite a bit over the last few versions what with all the new map editor changes. For a map to be official it really needs to look and play as well as it possibly can, making full use of decals/particles/tiles and game modes. I think this map is a bit too small for official, as official servers need to support vehicles and 16 player games. Still, it's a great looking map and could easily be expanded by either Roks or the community to eventually get it finished :)

Consider this part of the Community Map Restoration Project.

Gonna attempt to try and make this closer to official standards, I really don't understand why this hasn't been official for years because quite frankly, it supports practically everything, the only downsides are all decoration related and perhaps Checkpoint since it now requires the battery. It'd be nice for chemicals.

Changes so far:
* Reduced the non-playable map area and shifted playable area towards center. Size: 312x200 -> 232x200. I'll be redoing the lighting anyway since they are too many/bright and I don't mind redoing the zones, so no issue.
* Removed Phase lighting. It used to be quite a novelty to have a day/night cycle system, but frankly its not that memorable and it doubles loading time unnecessarily. So I removed it.

Currently, the phase lighting is split into Day & Night for different game modes:
Image (Night: Battle, Outbreak, Chemical Warfare) - based on Barn
Image (Day: Extraction, Checkpoint) - based on Farm
I might stick to just night.

Hmm just wondering, is there an update for this or not?

Also it hasn't been official cause it's not sexy enough I guess. Though it does look like it could be upgraded eventually. Problem would be finding a way to make all those small cross-section buildings look good. I'm sure it's possible though. We can play around in it a bit and see though.

Updated lighting - I decided to keep it at night.
Added Chemical Warfare.
Redrew Checkpoint & Outbreak.
Flag location moved outside of spawn.
Replaced a certain set of textures near Rebel base with blood decals.
Some minor non-teleport changes.
Re-added particle effects. Took out those for Phase 2(day) and removed the rain effect in Phase 1 since its not noticeable.
