GENERAL CHANGES
Only official servers are allowed to host ranked games now.
The cash rate in practice mode is super fast now.



GAMEPLAY CHANGES
Sprint stun now accumulates gradually rather than instantly maxing out. Whereas before you would instantly lose all of your sprint as soon as you were hit by a bullet at close range, you now only lose 10% of your sprint speed, but it accumulates per bullet. So you will have to be hit by 10 bullets before being fully slowed down and having no remaining sprint. This effect is a lot more gradual and less jarring. The only exception is the Knife, which will lose 33% per bullet, meaning that you'll lose all of your sprint in 3 bullets.
Exiting a vehicle now applies 100% drawtime, not 75%.
Vehicles now regenerate health faster for every passenger in the vehicle.
Death respawn timer is now 3s instead of 6s.
Spawn invulnerability timer is now 3s instead of 2s.



UPDATED MAPS
Core - A tad of sexuality with a splash of Compound zondage.
Corrumpo - Big gameplay tweaks to cut down on sniping, also sexier graphics.
Factory - fixing an Outbreak bomb location.



SKILL CHANGES
Radiate's vertical range is now 6m instead of 3m.
Radiate damage is now 30hp/s instead of 25hp/s.
Radiate range now ranges from 5m to 12m instead of 4m to 11m.

Stagnation slow now ranges from 85% to 57% instead of 80% to 52%.
Stagnation enemy rof now ranges from 120% to 162% instead of 120% to 190%.

Stagnation slow and penalty and Radiate's damage reduction now only last for 0.5s instead of 1.0s after leaving a radiation field.

Blade Fury recoil penalty now ranges from 150% to 290% instead of 200% to 340%.

Venom Shot total damage now ranges from 25hp to 39hp instead of being fixed at 25hp for all levels.



WEAPON CHANGES
Grenade vehicle damage mult is now x5 instead of x6.
Grenade draw time is now 0.3s instead of 0.5s.

Flash Bang draw time is now 0.3s instead of 0.5s.

Molotov Cocktail draw time is now 0.75s instead of 1.0s.
Molotov Cocktail now costs $500 instead of $1000.

Bazooka now costs $1000 instead of $2000.
Bazooka damage is now 50 instead of 65.
Bazooka damage against vehicles is now 500hp instead of 975hp.
Bazooka bullet speed is now 45 instead of 40.

USP damage is now 16 instead of 17.

Flare Gun now costs $1000 instead of $1500.

Deagle now costs $1000 instead of $1500.
Deagle damage is now 24 instead of 25.
Deagle vehicle damage mult is now x1 instead of x1.5.

Tasers vehicle damage mult is now x1 instead of x1.5.

UZI now costs $2000 instead of $1500.
UZI vehicle damage mult is now x1 instead of x1.5.

MP5 vehicle damage mult is now x1 instead of x1.5.

Nailgun vehicle damage mult is now x1 instead of x1.5.

M3 Super now costs $2000 instead of $1500.
M3 Super rpm is now 120 instead of 100.
M3 Super vehicle damage mult is now x1 instead of x0.75 (for consistency, intutiviness and because shotguns needed a buff anyway)

Spas clip size is now 10 instead of 8.
Spas vehicle damage mult is now x1 instead of x0.75.

AK47 vehicle damage mult is now x1 instead of x1.5.
AK47 bullet damage fadeoff is now 0.7 instead of 0.9.

M4A1 vehicle damage mult is now x1 instead of x1.5.
M4A1 bullet damage fadeoff is now 0.7 instead of 0.9.

Seek Rifle vehicle damage mult is now x1 instead of x1.5.

M249 vehicle damage mult is now x2 instead of x3.
M249 draw time is now 0.75s instead of 1.0s.

M60 vehicle damage mult is now x2 instead of x4.
M60 draw time is now 0.75s instead of 1.0s.

Minigun vehicle damage mult is now x3 instead of x5.

Ruger vehicle damage mult is now x1 instead of x2.

Barrett vehicle damage mult is now x2 instead of x3.

Railgun vehicle damage mult is now x2 instead of x3.



VEHICLE CHANGES
Loafer now has 400hp instead of 500hp.
Loafer regen rate is now +20hp/s per passenger.

Buggie now has 400hp instead of 500hp.
Buggie regen rate is now +30hp/s per passenger.

Gallant now has 1000hp instead of 1500hp.
Gallant regen rate is now +30hp/s per passenger.

Pickup now has 800hp instead of 1500hp.
Pickup regen rate is now +30hp/s per passenger.

Radar Truck now has 600hp instead of 1000hp.
Radar Truck regen rate is now +30hp/s per passenger.

Camper now has 2000hp instead of 3000hp.
Camper regen rate is now +20hp/s per passenger.

Roadster now has 600hp instead of 1000hp.
Roadster regen rate is now +30hp/s per passenger.

Torpedo now has 800hp instead of 1000hp.
Torpedo regen rate is now +30hp/s per passenger.
Torpedo explosion now deals 1000hp damage instead of 750hp damage.
Torpedo explosion decal is now a different colour when the bomb is triggered.

Flat Bed now has 3000hp instead of 5000hp.
Flat Bed regen rate is now +20hp/s per passenger.

Hornet now has 1500hp instead of 2000hp.
Hornet regen rate is now +50hp/s per passenger.
Hornet now starts flaming at 750hp instead of 500hp (before it required 1500hp damage to start flaming, now only 750hp, so nerfed to account for the relative hp increase above when you take into account the reduced vehicle damage multipliers on weapons).
Hornet stinger missiles now deal 200hp damage instead of 240hp damage each.



MISSION CHANGES
Pistol Practice now works with all pistols, not just the USP.

Assassination now displays the target's name.

Hitman now displays the target's name.



CHEMICAL CHANGES
Bionic Gas is back to restoring +10 mana/s instead of +20 mana/s.



BUG FIXES
Fixed an issue with shadows not working properly through smoothed tiles.
Fixed a bug where you wouldn't earn cash from alchemic acid while dead.
Fixed a bug where you could deal extra damage with microvolt if you triggered it on a bot with certain weapons.
